Eric Blum’s hallmarks of professionalism, eye for detail, and quality construction have driven his success in the homebuilding industry. His comprehensive expertise in both real estate and general contracting have made him a trusted and sought-after builder in Middle Tennessee.

A Rutherford County native, Eric grew up in the business alongside his parents as they invested in real estate. He obtained his real estate license and for many years specialized in selling new homes. Working with new home construction, he gained valuable insight into clients’ expectations and goals. Eric then became a general contractor and in 2005 formed Monarch Homes – a Murfreesboro- based company with a reputation of excellence in the industry.

He has spent the last 20 years creating homes that combine modern floorplans with the latest in design and color trends.
